Please contact our sales office on   02  4365 8300 where you will be given a Returns Request Form to complete and fax back to 02  4365 4102.

After processing you will receive a Return Authorisation and Pick Up details will be confirmed.

If the goods are faulty or were incorrectly supplied by Coastal Office, then they will cheerfully be replaced immediately.

If the product/s where ordered incorrectly there may be a re-stocking fee.
